And when it comes to the conventional or
traditional --I would rather WAIT until all others 'catch-up' with where we are
headed. RMF
Disobedience is the true
foundation of liberty. The obedient must be slaves. -- Henry David Thoreau
It takes a lot of courage to
release the familiar and seemingly secure,
to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer
meaningful.
There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for
in movement there is life, and in change
there is power. Alan Cohen
Closeness develops when with nature and
the horse .
Learning, includes --making all the errors!
We have learned by avoiding the errors of the traditional --and listening
to the horse --rather than people RMF
When you take a risk and step out of the norm, you run
the risk and
sometimes you fail. But you only fail if you give up.
-- J Peterman
Our STORY!
Dreams DO come true!
Then, you wake up to all of the necessary work that needs to be done!
"I
didn't know just how valuable I was/am, until:
--I gave it all away --for
a higher purpose!
I kept ONLY --office, clothes and
kitchen stuff in 2000! --ABSOLUTELY TRUE!

We later founded the
501-C3 non profit org.
Horse Holiday org. to continue
helping people -and the horse...
--that horseman -owner/riders will be
open to any and all of the information we offer
within this site. There is much more to the
relationship of horse and human, than meets the
'I' --of the human EGO, and human expectation. The human ego is
like a grain of sand -on the ocean floor. A
little speck -in the universe of understanding,
a little space --in non-existent time! In surrendering or giving up our
ego --'our identity' of self, we become part of the 'ALL Spirit'
and 'ALL-Energy' --that is the infinite --the
DIVINE.
So learn
to flow in and of the Spirit, given by our God.
We must learn to not
block the beauty or energy of the Spirit's being, for it has been freely given.

How evil tries to
undermine God's work,
by lies, vengeance and corruption. It won't work!
Our work --makes evil very uncomfortable.
We are in total peace and
faith, BLESSED by the Holy & Sacred
'Spirit'
-of the Divine.
The sword we carry, does not
ever --have to leave

Several have tried to use
us, for their own personal gain. or desires.
Intention is known by God.
However, humans like myself, are often slow to realize this.
Praise be, that truth will
always be made known.
Wrong Intention is never
rewarded, for it carries with it --slow demise.

Waldo Emerson:
"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and
leave a trail."
"The sun shines not on us but in
us. The rivers flow not past, but through us, thrilling, tingling,
vibrating every fiber and cell of the substance of our bodies,
making them glide and sing." -- John Muir

strength.” -- The Talmud
“We acquire the strength we have overcome.”

rest are details." -- Albert Einstein
The three great essentials to
achieving anything worthwhile are; first, hard work, second, stick-to-it-iveness,
and third, common sense.

If a man
does not abide in me, he is cast forth as a branch and withers; and the branches
are gathered, thrown into the fire and burned. If you
abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be
done for you. By this my Father is glorified,
that you bear much fruit,
and so prove to be my disciples.
John 15:6-8
I am the
true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch of mine that bears no
fruit, he takes away, and
every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may
bear more fruit.
John 15:1-2
A
prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house.
Matthew 13:57
I searched through rebellion, drugs,
diets, mysticism, religions,
intellectualism and much more, only to begin to find...that truth is
basically simple - and feels good, clean and right. - Chick Corea (1941-) American Jazz Musician
Conscience is the root of
all true courage; if a man would be brave let him obey his conscience.
-- -- James Freeman Clarke
"Compassion,
caring, teaching, loving, and sharing your gifts, talents, and
abilities are the gateways to power." -- Jamie Sams
Pain nourishes courage. You can't be brave if you've only had wonderful
things happen to you.
-- Mary Tyler Moore (1937-) American Actress

any moment to sacrifice
what we are for what we could become.

one's own core is one connected to others... And, for me, the core,
the inner spring, can best be refound through solitude." -- Anne

passion man is a mere latent force and possibility, like the flint
which awaits the shock of the iron before it can give forth its
spark." -- Henri Frederic Amiel
The world of
achievement has always belonged to the optimist. -- J. Harold
Wilkins
Apathy can be overcome by
enthusiasm, and enthusiasm can be aroused by two things: first, an
idea which takes the imagination by storm; and second, a definite,
intelligible plan for carrying that idea into
action. -- Arnold Toynbee (1889-1975)

THE BOTTOM LINE!
He who
loves his life loses it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep
it for eternal life.

Most of us miss out on life's big prizes. The Pulitzer.
The Nobel. Oscars. Tonys. Emmys. But we're all eligible for life's small
pleasures. A pat on the back. A kiss behind the ear. A four-pound bass. A
full moon. An empty parking space. A crackling fire. A great
meal. A glorious sunset. Hot soup. Cold beer. -- Anonymous
Put your sword back into its place; for all who take the sword will
perish by the sword.
