The brain, a God-Given, holds the abilities, we
would not normally think to use.
Our bodies respond to our thoughts by
instinct. We think to move a coffee cup
across a table, and our bodies respond to those
thoughts, or our wishes.
Why, do babies move their
bodies? Is it thought response, a reaction,
or reflexes? Is it simply exercise? Does it
take time to realize they can hold a spoon, or
grab a toy, by desiring to do so, or thinking
about doing it, then, learning to manage their own
movement.
We think to stand still, and our
bodies do so, unless we have little self
control, or ability to manage our own
behaviors.
Why can some manage their
behaviors, better than others?
What is the process of thought? How does it work?
Why does it
effect our entire bodies.
Why do we retain thought?
How do we manage what we do retain? Why
don't we get that education, on how to manage our
memories, or past thought?
Why are some past thoughts so
haunting to our present moments, and lives?
Why are some thoughts or
memories, --tied to the present, --if they are not
beneficial to our present moment?
Why are our minds, so full of
those stored thoughts? Why don't we know
where to put them for storage, so we do not have
them interfering with our present
moments?
Why aren't we taught what to do,
with our thoughts?
When we are working in an office, we learn how to file,
but in life, we have a filing system that is overloaded, and a total mess of
tangle. Nothing seems to have it's
proper place, and when we are in a position when
we must try to eliminate those extra thought
interferences, (like in church) we get very tired,
disturbed by boredom, when we are simply to let
go of all else, we can't!
What is boredom, --an empty mind, that does not know what
to think? Or do?
Why are we so frustrated by an empty mind of thought?
Perhaps you are not used to it, or you do not know what to do with it!
Do nothing! Learn how to do nothing!
In that frustration of boredom,
you can learn! Seek the un-known! It
is --out there.
So you ask:-"What is
out there?" And I answer!
"Everything!"
You may ask, --"So how can
you get everything, from nothing?"
And I would answer,
--"Because it is out there!"
All thought is energy, positive, or negative. It is
also out there, regardless of just how much you try to hold on to your old
thought, as your very own (owned)
thought.
So you are saying that 'by non-thought, --we have contact
with all thought?' ---"Yes!"
'How can that be', you say. We, as the un-educated,
will have ego issues'. We hold on, to the 'I', as our own
identification. The 'I' wants recognition! The 'I' says, --'I' am
important! Recognize me, for who 'I am'...
When we do this, we limit
ourselves, to what we know, what
we have experienced, our own memories.
As a very bright friend once
said, "it is like we as an ego, we are
looking through a tiny hole in a sheet of plywood."
We think that our own world is
the all, when in fact, we are only separating
ourselves from the world of the ALL, that's on the
other side of the plywood.
We need to learn that it is
better to just drop our guard of self (our ego), and stop limiting ourselves to
what we know or
remember. You must learn to trust, that it
(your memory or life experiences) --will not be lost! It will be added to the
universe that
is so full of thought, in fact, that it --is
sacred. Do we really hold anything sacred
anymore?
It is time to do so!
We can connect with the all,
by letting go, --of the me! You will not
loose anything. You will gain it all!
So what does this have to do
with horses, and riding?
Horses
are absolutely connected --to the all --and
they easily recognize those who also do
this.
Many
horses will give me a double-take or glance,
almost asking --you know? I respond with
a spiritual --yes. Then they give a
blow-down, a sign of trust, relaxation, and
relief! That is natural when working with
nature... The horse will also say
--thank you by their spiritual
language.
I
have seen this often, when I relieve them of rider
abuse (by education) and/or re-adjustment of
uncomfortable equipment. The horse will look
right into my eyes, then touch me, then a 'soft'
blow down. Their eyes say volumes to the
'ALL-spirit' --knowing coach. (non-thought)
THAT,
is just ONE of the things, --that we need to learn
from them!
So,
you see, ---
Non-thought connects us to all thought!
As you become more
experienced, as an Equine/Rider
Consultant and Coach, you will grow in your
understanding, and trust of the 'un-known' the all, waiting for us to ask!
Ask,
and you will receive! Knock, and the
door will open!
It is you that must make that first move, to
ask
or knock.
As your coach, I just turn your shoulders to
that door!
Maybe then, --you will meet the real Coach.
