This program is set up to help people work well together,
--in spite of disagreements, different personalities, or temperaments.
If you are around 'problem' people, you can learn to get along with them.
If you do not like someone, you can learn to find 'something about that person that does please you, or you will not be the winner. You may loose something!
Our horses have different personalities, just like people, and they also have their likes and dislikes. We have alot to learn from their behavior. And more, --from when we work with them, in a group that may be similar to the one you live with, at home, or in business. Just like people, some horses are cunning, some bullies, & some, obnoxious at times.
We ask that you tell us (personally if you wish) your grievances about the others in your particular group.
We work the program to help you, and to present 'your' situation to another, in a very subtle way. As the group of horses assigned to you,---start to 'perform', you will see yourselves in their behavior. It can really become amusing, -without any names! We set-up a situation where you will ALL have to exercise your own being, --in different ways, and perhaps you will see someone else, --in a new light.
Working together, will become a welcome challenge, --finally appreciated, not something that annoys you.
When you leave, you will relate your human stories to the personalities of the horses and their antics, and learning to work well together, ---is better than a kick in the britches. You might have to come back for a re-fresher course, with only one other challenge! ---And,--you'll enjoy what you learn!
