On Becoming a Horse Holiday CONSULTANT  

   Be lead down a path of embryonic life of Natural Horsemanship.

Once on that path, you will be taken to a place

from where you will not want to leave.  Our wish for you, is to relish in the beauty of the new connections you will experience. 

The life of the natural horse and/or rider is a reflection, a 'mirror image' of human need and expectation,

as both have been victim to humanism and social structure.

There is great hope in the 'spiritual connection' between horse and human, soon to become more recognized, accepted as normal. 

 This special ~Golden Thread~ connection can be transferred between horse and  human to transform lives. 

This deeper 'mind-body-brain connection' -will no longer be 'something' for a chosen few.

Horse Holiday Consultant Training includes:

  • Original Fresh Start Program (LEVEL ONE)  you must first understand being a Riding COACH --by the STQH Program.

  • Mind-Body-Brain Connection  -a deeper study.  An eye-opening program that will inspire your lifetime study, for continued improvement and awareness, when working with clients therapeutically.

      'Eye-Opening Information' on ~Health & Wellness~

    (Always refer clients get a medical/physical check-up)

  • Spirituality -without religious intent, enabling individuality for those who may have fears.

    ACTUAL TRAINING

  • Receive our STQH Level One Workbook for Natural horsemanship.

    • Learn by Hands-On Experience --and self study.

    • Receive  Photo CD's --to help you better understand the Mind-Body-Brain Connection. 

    • Receive Charts, Optional Program information, and Risk Assumption Contract --to assist you with programs and clients.

    • Receive Email, Phone, and Personal Support --from the founder.

    • Become part of our on-going study.  Receive additional new info. at no extra fee.

    • PLUS, you can take ANY repeat session you wish.  Every workshop is a little different due to the students and input/questions etc.

    • There is NO EXTRA FEE for ANY ‘duplicate' Workshop when attending.  This is an OPEN invitation.  Just sign up and be there to validate or pick up new information.   You may Audit, Volunteer, or Assistant.

  • Every six weeks --receive in-house group training  [McClure PA.]  --after initial workbook study period.

  • Receive mention on our Soft Touch Quantum Website.  PLUS -your work with Horse Holiday org. gets a mention on the H.H. website also. NOTE:  Our Consultant Training Program just started in mid-2004, and sorrowfully we say that we have still been on a location and purpose search through 2006.  2007 we have had our prayers answered!

    One-on-One Consultation/training or group work, is your choice. 

    [ADDITIONAL $100.00 FEE -for One-On-One Course Training --per session]

    AS A HORSE HOLIDAY CONSULTANT --YOU CAN:

  • Charge your own fees --for riders,

    • Later, charge fees for your non riders as well, with Emotional or Behavioral 'issues'.   ONLY 2% to Horse Holiday org.

    • Help clients to heal --by the relaxation methods included.  Immune systems are boosted.

    • Assist with Rehab & Detox from illegal or excessive drug or alcohol use -while working in adjunct with Drug & Alcohol Counselors, Physicians, & Psychologists, etc.

    • You must have a Support System for your clients, like we have for the H.H. Consultants.

    • Receive volunteers when associated with Horse Holiday 501-C3. org. (on Certification and inclusion)

    • Utilize your own Mentoring Program for your successful students, to/for others just beginning.  A tremendous help for you.

  •          Receive your CERTIFICATION as a Horse Holiday Consultant  when working with ease and ability.   

Become a H.H. CONSULTANT   2007 fee ONLY ---$1,250.00 [unless you desire One-On-One training]

Receive all information--including the Riding Coach Course.

Agreements --must be signed --by ALL students of the Soft Touch Quantum Programs --at inception.

1.)  Risk Assumption contract --for Rose Foreman (founder), Soft Touch Quantum Horsemanship (STQH), and Horse Holiday org. (H.H.) --to not hold founder, STQH, or H.H. org, --landowners or horse owners, responsible for ANY LOSS, accident or injury.                [You will also receive a copy of this agreement to use with your own clients as well.]

2.)  Non-Disclosure --You cannot copy or distribute, ANY STQH Program information etc. or teach/train another -to become a riding COACH or H.H. CONSULTANT --or ANY of the Soft Touch Quantum Programs. 

  • Those interested in becoming a riding COACH or H.H. CONSULTANT MUST be referred to Rose Foreman, founder.  This agreement is vital, since we are offering our programs at such a small fee, for purely humanitarian purposes. 

 Note: Other programs are available for much higher fees --anywhere from $6,000.00 to $16,000.00 if you check on the internet.

3.)  Confidentiality document, indicates that you can not share any program or client information with anyone OTHER than our own 'signed' Consultants --for privacy of our program as well as respect for client  issues etc..

4.)  Program Contract.  Agreed fees, and time frame for payment.  Also any exchange to benefit STQH and H.H. org.

Our purpose is to search for and educate as many as possible qualified individuals as possible --with our innovative programs, so the horse and riders, as well as those who are in need of inner help -can be helped -sooner than later.  Again;

OUR GOAL is to:  Provide a program for every Community, County, State, --and beyond!

 

CERTIFICATION --is EARNED --not paid for!

ONLY --Rose Foreman Certifies ANY Soft Touch Horsemanship, Soft Touch Quantum Horsemanship -Horse or Human, STQH Mind-Body-Brain Connection , STQH Safety & Survival, or ANY future STQH Coach Program, including Horse Holiday Consultants.

Intensive Program Development. 

 Arrangements can also be made for your GROUP or AGENCY. 

We will work with approved individuals for the to become Horse Holiday Consultants.

Horse Holiday will request 2% of the financial rewards, working with your clients yearly or quarterly.

We will travel to you, if you are in the North Eastern USA.  Perhaps beyond this area --later.

Can you just pay to become a Certified STQH COACH or  H.H. CONSULTANT?  ABSOLUTELY NOT!

CERTIFICATION & YOUR PERSONAL RATING --MUST BE EARNED!

By your experience and ability to work with riders, to know the horse, and your own ability to help others.

When interviewed, we seek your best interest, then ours.  If you do not fit into our plan, you are not approved for our programs.   Your true intention, your destination, your heart purpose and desires are heard.  Ours must be followed as well.

We are searching for sincere individuals who ALSO want to make a difference!

CONSULTANT Certification --is based on desire and ability to work with people, utilizing the horse and natural horsemanship, for mental health, behavior modification, emotional well-being, abuse cases, work with at-risk youth and teen, and general well-being or wellness programs.  This is our PRIORITY ONE!

COACH Certification --is based on desire and ability to work with riders, communication with the horse, natural horsemanship, and riding safety, to eliminate riding accidents, and the un-recognized rider or non-rider abuse of the horse.  You must also be able to coach a student as an individual, to instill a deeper appreciation for the natural horse.

  • STQH --Riding Coach is ON HOLD until AFTER we have many developed H.H. Consultants

 PS  We customize our programs to fit your needs.

SCHOLARSHIPS -STILL AVAILABLE for prime candidates

--who will contract to work with Horse Holiday org. for only 2 % of your earnings.

DISTANCE   ON-LINE Workshops for private study --beginning with Level One Soft Touch RIDING COACH  

Currently reserved for applicants for Horse Holiday Consultants [HHC]

We feel that the HHC are vital, and to become a great Riding Coach through Soft Touch --requires much study, and you will be included in any and all future possibilities as an HHC --at no extra program charge.  $1,250.000 is inclusive. 

However there is an additional fee for accommodations, perhaps at Mountaindale Farm Retreat
