We have been on a roller coaster ride for too many years, and I have prayed for this to settle. November 14, 2006, we were divinely directed to that 'Special Place' we have prayed for --for years. START-UP Spring 2008

We will be giving Horse Holiday Org. and the Website --a NEW FACE SOON!
We are considering a new look to Horse Holiday Org. Website, and the H.H. Logo.
We have moved into a small teaching facility, where are now able to work with New Horse Holiday Consultants [HHC} in training, and some clients as well.
We will be only 5 miles from the [6,500 + acre] Nature Preserve at Fair Hill Maryland, [just over the PA line].
We can once again accept New Applicants for our study program and more.
We are looking forward to working with our new President/Director of Horse Holiday Org.
We are READY for some POSITIVE CHANGES in 2005!
And, we are ready to accept therapeutic applicants, by private appointments, or in adjunct with your health professionals.

We have apprentices/recruits to become Horse Holiday Consultants, for New Therapeutic Centers in:
Delaware. Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, W. Va.
April 10, 2004 --We are now working on the paperwork to contract the training of new Consultants for Horse Holiday org. Training is by contract with Soft Touch Quantum Horsemanship. We have received several applications from Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia, and we anxiously anticipate this work. Patience is necessary.
PLEASE bear with us, as we are completing this complex task. As soon as our trainees are working the therapeutic program, as trainees, we will again see Horse Holiday org. Helping those in need, this time, the founder will NOT be doing it all herself. May God continue to Bless us. Rose M. Foreman
IMPORTANT UPDATE: April 04, 2004
It has always been our intention to have the 'Service Program' --Soft Touch Quantum Horsemanship (STQH) as 'self-supporting' -under H.H. org. However, as of 2004, Soft Touch Quantum Horsemanship Programs will function --as A SEPARATE --FOR-PROFIT ENTITY, and will no longer be included as part of the Horse Holiday 501-C3 Organization.
Horse Holiday org. will now contract with STQH to develop new COACHES and CONSULTANTS for Horse Holiday org. since the training will come directly from the founder of H.H. org and STQH. A qualified 'Consultant' can be 'hired' by the H.H. org. for any 'therapeutic work' with individuals, families, schools, Mental Health, At-Risk Youth and Teen, Abused individuals, Probation Department, etc., and/or to work in adjunct with another Agency.
We intend to help eliminate ANY and ALL confusion for both the founder, as well as donors. We find this to be a simplifying solution!

As of 4-04-2004 The founder of H.H. and STQH has had many calls from Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, and Arizona, Texas, Washington State, etc. for more information on becoming a STQH Riding Coach, which is the first step in developing the Consultant for Horse Holiday org. Understanding is vast, and experience must be gained before working with and for the human therapeutic purposes.
TO SUPPORT THIS EFFORT, the Founder of H.H. and STQH has fulfilled
$12,000.00 in Scholarships for year 2004
--to establish a great beginning for Horse Holiday org.

3-6-2004 The founder of Horse Holiday, is always searching for solutions, to continually minimize the financial burdens of our organization, as well as for the County, State and the Federal Government! Mental Health support is declining. Kids are going to adult prisons, when in fact --many just need positive nurturing and direction, while being held accountable for their own actions --as well as inactions. Many troubled individuals just need to get into another atmosphere, where they can be emotionally supported, while they are going through their inner struggles with their own search for truth and meaning in their lives.
The answers are coming into better focus for 'Horse Holiday 'VISION' Development.

February 29, 2004 -----(Pardon our 'cleansing process')
We are coming to the realization that it would be helpful --in the long run, to document the contract with the founder for teaching ANY and ALL Horse Holiday Coaches. The founder will also remain as Quality Control for ANY and ALL Horse Holiday Programs --to ensure a good, safe, functional working relationship between ALL future Horse Holiday Programs, until such time that another individual is appointed by the founder herself.
It is the intention to add others who will help Horse Holiday org. to become the best possible: i.e: Healing Touch, Energy workers, Chiropractors, Accupressure/accu-puncturist, Pliates, Alexander technique, Fieldenhaus, and others, to find ways to improve on any of our programs. We are always open to improvement.
We desire ALL H.H. Programs to become the highest quality possible.
Since 2000, the need for documentation became a reality, and there has been some confusion between the 'service program' and the need for 'two separate entities'. The VISION of Horse Holiday org is and has been --to create programs in every Community, County, and State & beyond, since 2002. The process had to be discovered.
Beginning January 1, 2004,
We will begin a 'separation process' with the 'Service Program' & website so the founder can operate and function more freely, due to the necessary work involved within the non profit org. itself. The next step is to set up some legal work for the founder and Horse Holiday org. for the training of ALL H.H. Consultants utilizing the 'therapeutic work', so we will begin to make the necessary progress --so that all program locations are mutually compatible.
This year we will search for a much better Board of Directors, who will work toward the future of the Horse Holiday org. as soon as the separation process has been completed.
