Isn't it time --we get rid of
the stigma of mental health?
Isn't it time
--we got rid of the personal issues we live with daily?
If left un-attended, due to
circumstance or otherwise, stress issues can or will cause the
symptoms that must eventually be treated!
Stress
CAN become a friendly habit.
We get
addicted to living with stress,
and then don't know what to do, or how to live without it!
We make
excuses, get confused, believing everything or everyone else -is wrong!
We just do not
understand how stress effects us, or all it can do to us.
We start to believe -we need medicine, or therapy. We know something is wrong.
Then, if we don't get
well, we can BLAME IT ON THE MEDICATIONS --can't we?
That way, we
don't have to get to those deep rooted issues, that needed our attention
in the first place. Right?
Think about this!
Are your medications
offering you a COP-OUT?
Get
a physical check-up!
KNOW
YOUR HEALTH!
TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOURSELF!
Doctors,
therapists, etc. -are trained to treat the symptoms of disease, not the
person.
Doctors are
not trained to get to the cause issues. They treat!
Then they
treat the side-effects, again and again.
Let's STOP
THIS CYCLE! Let's get smart!
What
comes first, the symptoms or stress!
What are you
doing about your stress?
Treating it, or, getting to the real root cause of that
stress, and
simply -taking
care of business first! Your business!
Don't give
your business away --to an excuse.

It is when we are ‘in that moment’
--that we are --With God, in ALL His Perfection! Rose
When we are mindful of every nuance of our natural world, we finally get the picture:
that we are only given one dazzling moment of life here on Earth,
and we must stand before that reality both humbled and elevated,
subject to every law of our universe and grateful for our
brief but intrinsic participation with it.
(From her biography of naturalist Eustace Conway.) -- Elizabeth Gilbert
I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I
understand.
-- Confucius (Chinese Philosopher) 551-479 B.C.

drive of the body to heal itself, but that force is not independent of
the belief system... everything begins with a belief."

self-deceit, healing must follow self-honesty." -- Vernon Howard

kinds of violence: one, through our deeds; two, through our words; and
three, through our thoughts. ...
The root of all violence is in the world of

Easwaran

When they believe in themselves they have the first
secret of success." -- Norman Vincent Peale
"It is not action or

difficult. You must do your best constantly,
yet never allow yourself to
become involved in whether things work out the way you want." -- Eknath
Easwaran
"What is always speaking silently is the body." -- Norman Brown
Self-reverence, self-knowledge, self-control. These three alone lead
