ABOUT WORKSHOPS --FAQ
How would your own equine program work in a classroom setting?
Answer: We arrange a schedule for a comfortable program, and let the class define time guidelines. We encourage participation, in the 'visual', and the 'mind/body coordination study, to hear and see the program is of major benefit -before introducing the horse. There is much to learn, for a successful and safe program. We offer what is beyond ordinary. We introduce aspects of horsemanship that reach for higher levels of communication, personal growth and learning. This is not religion.
NOTE: We share personalities and purpose as a group, for mutual understanding and sharing. Everyone participates in preliminary discussion, to understand where each student is coming from, and -why they are taking the program. We rarely need to make changes in the program content, only to expand it! We invite self discovery for students, as well as therapists/counselors etc..
We believe the BEST WAY to learn this program, is to HEAR IT, then EXPERIENCE it, then, to OBSERVE it, as others learn.
FORGET your clients for now, until the program content is TOTALLY understood -first hand. Then, the program can be altered, to suit your own client needs.
WHEN do you have classes within 50 miles from the tri-state area, PA. MD. & Deleware?
Answer: By reservation and with at least 5 students. This could create a 'powerhouse staff' for your program. If we work with a classroom of 6-30 students, the overview can be seen and felt, but must be ‘experienced’ --to get the full scope of what happens with a client. This is a study that you will continue on your own.
Where do the Classes/Workshops take place?
Answer: We come to your facility, to work with you and your horses. We can also see your environment, and offer suggestions.
This will eliminate 'your travel expenses' and inconvenience, as we come to you.
Learning will seem slow at first, as it is a different thought process. The learning scales tip upward suddenly, as it all comes together. see Levels Your confidence will rise by virtue of 'building on the basics'.

Study and work with clients, can become intense, as we discover individual client need. We worked with a client, who arrived with her therapist, and suddenly, the therapist just started to weep. She lost 3 in her family within a short time, and listening to what transpired with her client, triggered
her own healing tears.
The student Is busy with their riding. When the 'FLASH' -moment of repressed memory comes up -It lasts for just an instant. This response may be a stare, freezing up for a moment, or tears that can’t be held back. This is not traumatic. This response is not thought, it is just experienced. This is natural feelings --just waiting for an escape. There is no sobbing, just a gentle 'washing away' of old memories, felt intuitively.
Minds 'un-lock' to the possibilities of riding as an extension and/or expression of self. The human body 'reflects' our physical and emotional state of being, and all of the memories we carry. Fortunately, body emotions etc. can be ‘sensed’ by the more experienced Coach. Clients often deny recognizing those memories, that still hold them back, until they suddenly happen to come up. Make no mistake -and do NOT assume. Just stay open to possibilities and watch what happens.
LEVEL ONE is sufficient for most therapeutic healing work
You will learn to 'work the program to fit the client'.
Soft Touch ‘Quantum’ study is shared with our Coaches, earned --according to their level of comprehension, to continually improve our programs.
Safety & Survival Skills and Defensive Riding –are included with ALL PROGRAM CONTENT.
What 'time' do you allow for your Workshops, or Seminars?
Answer: We will customize the program to fit your needs.
Does this mean that we cannot ask for a specific program, like starting the natural horse?
Answer: NO. You will gain something, from every program available, however, if things are taken in sequence, you will learn at a much greater rate of speed in the long term.
